Our experienced wedding designers will assist you with your planning to make your wedding a stress-free experience that you can enjoy.

Once you have booked your special day with us, a dedicated wedding coordinator will be assigned to your event and remain in regular contact with you. All the details will be discussed during initial meetings with you, a wedding checklist will be developed, menus selected and all aspects of your perfect day coordinated to give you peace of mind. To assist you with planning your perfect wedding, these initial meetings are included in your venue hire cost.

You are welcome to organise your own service providers, but they must familiarise themselves with the venue beforehand to ensure that the correct equipment is supplied.

Included in your wedding booking is a Bridal Suite and Groom’s dressing room, complete with sparkling wine and canapés, which you may use to get ready for the big event.

Guests who wish to stay overnight qualify for an accommodation discount if a group booking is secured (2 bridal suites, 2 standard rooms, 2 family rooms and 12 luxury rooms).
